From carving out envious abs to nailing the trickiest workout forms, the 34-year-old does it all and with much ease. A known Pilates enthusiast, the actress’s instagram profile is full of Reels and videos from her workout regimen; and in a recent one, she explained the importance of breathing right while demonstrating Pilates moves.

Hina Khan, who is currently on a trip to Dubai with her mother, continues to treat fans with snippets from her vacation. Amidst this, she did not keep fitness in a backseat – and her new Pilates post is more than just motivation in a video.

One may feel that yoga needs the right breathing patterns for best results; turns out, Pilates is no different. Through her new post, Hina Khan explained how breathing right could help maximize the benefits of the routine.

“Above all learn how to breathe correctly..,” she captioned the post.
